1.0PRINCIPLE

The Protein G Affinity Column specifically purifies immunoglobulins from samples. After sample pretreatment, the sample is purified through the affinity column, where immunoglobulins are specifically adsorbed. Impurities on the affinity column are removed with a wash solution. An elution solution is then passed through the separation column to separate the immunoglobulins from the affinity column. Finally, the elution solution is injected into an HPLC or LC-MS for determination.

2.0 Intended Use

The IAC-SEP® Protein G Affinity Column is designed for the specific purification of immunoglobulins from samples. It is widely used in the purification of dairy samples, offering a rapid, simple, and accurate method that plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality and safety of dairy products.

3.0 Storage Conditions

The affinity column should be stored at 2-8°C and must not be frozen. The shelf life is 18 months. It is recommended for use at room temperature (18-30°C).
