Simple operation process： 1、Remove the stopper from column, cut the bottom of the stopper 2mm, and put it back on the column； 2、Connect the column to the glass syringe on the pump operating, Add the extracted liquid into the glass syringe； 3、Remove the plug beneath the column, collect the waste liquid at the bottom, adjust the switch to allow the liquid to flow out at a rate of 1-2 drops per second； 4、When the liquid is dried, wash it with distilled water, 10ml at a time, 2 drops per second； 5、After liquid draining, add a certain amount of methanol and use the sample bottle to connect the eluent.
