1. BACKGROUND
iCheck®-Afla M1 strip is lateral flow immunochromatographic assay based on a competitive immunoassay format. With iCheck® strip reader, it measures 0-2.0ppb of aflatoxin M1 in milk.
2. MATERIALS PROVIDED
1) iCheck®-Afla M1 strip (25/pk).
2) Microwells coated (25)
3) Dilution buffer CSB-4(5mL)
4) 1.5mL Strip Test Vial (25)
5) 1mL Pipette Tip (25)
6) 200µL Pipette Tip (50)
7) AflaM1 QR Code
8) Product Manual
Materials required but not provided:
1) 200 and 1000µL precision micropipette
2) iCheck® Strip reader
3) ZERO Calibration
4) Machine Calibration
5) Centrifuge(7000r/min or more)
6) Timer
7) Thermostat
3. PRECAUTIONS
1) Store test kits at 2~8℃ (35.6~46.4℉) when not in use, and do not use beyond the expiration date.
2) Keep from moisture, and do not use the damaged and damp kits.
3) All reagents must be at room temperature (25℃±2℃) before assay is running.
4) Do not re-use test strips.
5) Avoid swallowing the desiccant.
4. INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS
Test range: 0-2.0ppb, LOQ 0.15ppb. Milk powder is calculated as reconstituted milk
1) If there is no line in control zone, the test is invalid and the sample should be re-tested by using a valid test strip.
2) If reading is 2.0 ppb, the milk serum (4.3) should be further diluted with milk serum that negative such that the diluted sample reading results are in a range of 0-2.0ppb and reanalyzed to obtain accurate results. The dilution factor must be included when the final result is calculated.
