1. BACKGROUND

iCheck®-TC strip is lateral flow immunochromatographic assay based on a competitive immunoassay format. With iCheck® strip reader, it measures 0-200ppb of tetracycline in milk.

2. MATERIALS PROVIDED

1) iCheck®-TC strip (25/pk).

2) Microwells coated (25)

3) Dilution buffer CSB-6(5mL)

4) 1.5mL Strip Test Vial (25)

5) 1mL Pipette Tip (25)

6) 200µL Pipette Tip (50)

3. PRECAUTIONS

1) Store test kits at 2~8℃(35.6~46.4℉) when not in use, and do not use beyond the expiration date.

2) Keep from moisture, and do not use the damaged and damp kits.

3) All reagents must be at room temperature (25℃±2℃) before assay is running.

4) Do not re-use test strips.

5) Avoid swallowing the desiccant.

4. INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS

1) Test range: 0-200ppb, LOQ 20ppb.

2) If there is no line in control zone, the test is invalid and the sample should be re-tested by using a valid test strip.

3) If reading is 200 ppb, the milk serum (4.3) should be further diluted with milk serum that negative such that the diluted sample reading results are in a range of 0-200ppb and reanalyzed to obtain accurate results. The dilution factor must be included when the final result is calculated.
